The figure standing in front of James was a woman with long black hair. She stood in the doorway and light shined behind her he could make out no more facial descriptions. She stared at him for a moment and then order him to stand.
"Get up, what do you think we have all day. Damn, it's about time you woke up away," the woman stated in a hard vioce.
Though James heard her, he did not move, but scanned the room to escape the woman's gaze. His heart was pounding. His mind was racing where was he and how did he get here. The room was empty, small and square, and had no lights.
The woman grew impatient," I see you goin to be another difficult one."
As she finished her statement, she placed her hand on the outside wall. Then, she whispered some words that James could not makeout. After she removed her hand, a jet black cat walked into the room, its eyes glowing green. James looked deep into the cats eyes, and the woman repeated her command," Now stand."
Not of his our will James's body stood on its own, as if he could not control himself. All the while, he never took his gaze away from the cat, his eyes were fixed on it.
"Now follow me," the woman said," you have been summoned and I'm sure you have many questions."

I'm wondering why she thinks he's going to be a difficult one, but I do want to see what happens next. When are you going to post the next chapter? :D
