2D fighters. Only 3D fighter I like is Soul Calibur, bleh on Tekken.

I personally prefer 2D fighters,i am playing Melty Blood and Bazblue at the moment. I personally prefer Melty blood and King of Fighters because moving is much easier than in most fighting games

The SSB franchize is obviously my favorite but I had much fun playing the Capcom VS series, specially Tatsunoko VS Capcom and Marvel VS Street Fighter.

Actually I'm not a fan of Fighting games, I'm just getting into this genre in recent years.

There is a possibility to play one Soul Calibur soon.

Blaz Blue is fun though the 3DS version starts giving my thumb blisters if I play it too long :(

I like 3d fighting games like tekken, but I am getting into Blazblue more now since it is getting dull.

Street Fighter all the way.

but i also play KOF 98, melty blood, guilty gear, Tekken, mvsc.

I'm mostly drawn to 2d fighters with flexible systems. My main is Arcana Hearts 3. I like to play BBCS2 and Guilty when I can. Hopefully Skullgirls will be a great game. I'm also excited to play Third Strike, never got to play it when it first came out. I've never been in love with Marvel's system or characters. I play ssf4 on occasion. Although 2d, the 3d art kinda bugs me. SSF4's system is solid, but the comeback mechanics get old. They are quite a bit harder to use than Marvel's though, I'll give them that. Melty Blood is a great game I've only had the fortune of playing a couple times. I wish it would come out on a current gen system. Aquapazza looks fun, hopefully it makes it over.

I love fighting games. I'm more toward 3D I think than 2D anime style fighting games. I've tried one or two of those anime-2d ones and they don't interest me much.

The ones I really love are Tekken, Soul Calibur, DOA, Mortal Kombat fighting games.

MK2 was one of my first games... Gererally, I played on Genesis, so, it means MK, Street Fighter. I liked ShaqFu much, but it has crappy controls on spec.moves.

i like 2D fighting game but sometimes i played 3D Fighting games,like SC,Tekken,etc

i like all form of fighters ^^..one of the only game genre's i play..though ones just heavy with combo's and nothing else kinda take me away from it

I play a variety of fighting games: MvC3, BlazBlue: CD, Arcana Heart 3, Tekken 6...but I'm not that good competitively.

I really want to play SFIII: Third Strike (Online edition; I hope it doesn't require me to be online ALL the time *shakes fist at random Capcom USA employee who probably had nothing to do with that) and KOF XIII when they come out (XII was a total letdown; I ended up returning it to the store 2-3 weeks after I bought it).

2D is better! The classics games like MK or SF are very good.

I like the super smash bros (series) too,an very nice game to play with friends (champs mode are very cool!!!)

I play 2d fighters and I'm very exited for SF33so. I played SSFIV ALOT and was a #1 ranked Ibuki on the boards for a while before I quit. Since it was on the board, it doesn't really equate to anything.

I bought SF4 AE finally today after just having the standard SF4. You really need a joystick though the pad kills me..

2D is more comfortable...

I really enjoy both kinds of fighters I've played more 2d fighters for sure and probably the only 3d fighter I've played is Soulcalibur. I would have to go with 2d fighters since I've played more I love playing Super Street Fighter four as Juri haha.

I prefer 2D ones but I generally suck at fighting games... XD

Tekken is one of the best fighting games out there to be honest. But i prefer Super Smash Bros. Brawl/Melee as there is more variety of modes/characters etc. I prefer 3D fighters more...
