This is the only one I know that did because of the earthquake and subsequent tsunami.

After a quick check of the stores I have bookmarked a total of four have closed including benippon. One site says it's going to re-open but hasn't decided when, the other two I really don't know if it's because of the tsunami. I can only assume the worst.
