Scan downloading problems

Hi there, when I download a scan that I wanted here this how it turns out when I got it.

Even though I use the dashboard to re-download the same scan again it keeps having those crazy pixels. Please help on this error, or please ask one of your admin to improve downloading Scans/Pictures. The Vectors & Wallpaper is fine though when I try downloading it, just the Scans/Pictures section only that's having problems.
