Hello - Make UP Members!!!

This Chibi Contest #1. This contest is completely separate from Chibi Contest #2. This Contest deals with the 'Normal Chibi's'. [Not Chibi-Usa or ChibiChibi - the art style.] This style is mainly identified with chibi characters with 'normal' anime eyes. If you have or haven't seen what I am speaking of. I have a few examples to clear any miss understandings about which art style this contest is for.

There are many more 'Normal Chibi's' out there. I just didn't link them all.

Note: Any 'Normal Chibi's' that are dressed as 'Seamen or Seawomen / Sailor' will not be accepted for this contest. Example: 1 and 2.

**Contest Instructions**

The wallpapers must at least one (1) 'Normal Chibi' with normal eyes. More then one [1] are welcome. The background is up to your creative mind. The size of the wallpaper is up to you but if you have any questions go to the FAQ's on AP and follow there size guide lines. The wallpapers do not have to go through AP's gallery. If you give me a 'thumbnail' link to your favorite image host site. The wall will be accepted.

Asking for help on your wallpaper with other members/wallers is highly suggested and wanted. Asking in the topic or in PM's. Which ever you want. If you want.

**Rules and Deadline**

1. Must have one (1) or more 'Normal Chibi Character' with 'normal anime eyes'.

2. Use original scanned images only. No personal art or editing other images to be 'chibi'.

3. Vectoring original scanned images is allowed.

4. Wallpaper must have 'signature' on bottom of wall.

5. Any wallpaper size is accepted.

6. AP accepted wallpapers and Image hosted 'thumbnail' links are acceptable ways to submit your wallpapers.

7. Prize: Custom Badges with 'papers' will be awarded to everyone who submits an acceptable wallpaper. (Further listings below.)

8. Deadline: July 31st, 2012 Participation will influence deadline edit

Make-UP! Prize!!

1st Place = 250 Papers

2nd Place = 100 Papers

3rd Place = 50 Papers

Participation = 25 Papers
