Hello I'm just new here, you guys can call me mike

I was looking for anime pictures and came across this website via google :) thought I'd sign up.. this site seems pretty interesting..

I actually do wallpapers, most of my work are posted in theOtaku website.. since i came across this i might try doing vector.. but don't know where to start, or where they get the pictures for vectoring usually others take it from screenshots? I'm i wrong? i already have inkscape i think most people use it for vectoring

and i hope to make good friends here :D

Also vectoring sources come from scans or screenshots. Screenshots are simpler, but have usually also a simpler outcome. Scans can be much more complex to do in the case that you plan to reproduce all the used original effects on the source. And theOtaku, so meh, I was a member too, but I dropped them, the quality of their submission was closer to zero as to 1.
