This is my first wall in really really long time.
So I figured I would get some input on it before I submit it. The orginal image this wall is based off of is found here http://www.animepaper.net/art/240601/accel-world-picture. Composition is a little weak. There's little to nothing tying the characters together and a weak focal point (the centre of the composition where there is little to keep the viewer's attention).

I agree with hatesyou, the composition is certainly a weak point here. The lines of the "shine" in the background visually split the picture in half and it's further worsened by the fact that both girls are so far apart. Maybe try put the green one closer the blue one and play with background futher to bring them both together.

Indeed. It might seem a little addition but it made a huge difference!!! Those flashy lights you added provided your work of some nice flow, Bringing some order to your former chaotic composition and also contributed to make it more lively
