Happy New Years! - That is the theme of this match.
This is going to hopefully become an annual match around here. So, here goes the rules and explanation.
--This contest is going to be about the upcoming year. This contest has to have 2013 someplace within the background or on a person or thing. As well as having 2 or more characters within the wall.--
Note: Please post your participation in this thread.
Rules
- Must have 2013 within the background, on person, or thing.
- Must contain 2 or more characters. [Human Characters]
- Must be created after Dec. 27th, 2012.
- No Ecchi-ness / It will be rejected
- Must have signature
- Must go through either AP or your favorite image host, but provide a thumbnail link
- Deadline - @ the moment Undecided.

Hi I would like to participate and I have some questions.
Is it okay if I use a none festive New Year scan? I couldn't find New Year themed scan that I like and I have a scan by Fujishima that I would like to use but it's not New Year themed.
I don't want to submit to AP just yet because I just recently submitted a wallpaper, so just uploading to Imageshack is okay? What if I upload to DA or tumblr?

Your questions are no trouble at all. I'm glad to answer them for you.
... You can submit whatever wallpaper you think fits the given theme and/or requirements of the contest. Example... this contests requirements are ... having 2013 within the wall and 2 or more anime people. As long as you've got that. Then its worth submitting.
...As far as uploading goes. If you aren't ready to submit to AP just yet. That's find. You can go threw whatever image uploading site you wish. As long as I am able to have a thumbnail of your image from the site. So, which ever site you choose is find with me.
