            Given you outstayed your welcome as rei0zero and yet don't appear to have gotten the hint, I've taken the liberty of restricting your account. Essentially every time you do something wrong, you lose an ability. The one you've just encountered is the ability to start new threads (a consequence of the above impatience).

            Cruel and unusual? Absolutely. Justified? I can sleep just fine at night. Just fine. Going to change? Nope.
