For 3 days now i see the same problem saying ive reached my daily download limit for wallpapers . The only problem is i didnt download anything at all from the site . Are there any other ppl having this problem or is it just me ?

You miss the point, if there is a problem with the daily limit than participating will change nothing . Did you even read what i said? I said i didnt download anything for a goddamn month , i hate people who write crap not reading what was the real problem . Its like i would say my grandma died , and you would write a crappy comment on your new hairstyle .

I'm sorry. I clearly don't know how the site works despite having been an admin on it for 6 years. I read what you said and have given you a valid solution. I love people who claim they know better when they're the one asking for help.

by participating in the forum you earn papers(the p in the top tight corner). You need papers to download pictures and if you don't have any you simply can't download anything ^^. You can also get papers with premium membership i think. you can read this up in the FAQ if you click on the "help" button which is right next to the "papers"

oh, you actually earn papers by generally participating on the site(e.g commenting on pictures, uploading stuff etc.)

Okay i rephrase my question cause some ppl didnt really get it . I cant download even when i diditn download anything for a month or so so the limit shouldnt be reached , also it only happens on opera and it seems it started on IE , on safari i can download 3 wallpapers daily with that amount of papers i have and it works normally today as well . I check it out daily first on opera than ie than safari . And it only lets me download anything at all on safari on opera and ie the download limit is reached . If i would really reach the download limit i wouldnt be able to download on safari as well . What ive tried already : 1.Resetting browsers 2.deleting cookies 3.reloging on site 4.checked for viruses 5.tried on different pcs and macs

Enough. As I said I got it. You need to participate. It has naught to do with your paper count as papers are not used in downloading Vectors or Wallpapers. There is however a second limit that can prevent you from downloading items aside from the daily quota. A contribution limit. This is addressed by participating on the site. This is what I have said to do previously.
Next time if you're going to ask for help, accept what is given with some grace rather than being a jerk because of your own lack of understanding.

felipe133722 dont bother , hes a narcistic person who thinks he has to be right all the time , just use the site with safari . he thinks hes all smart saying contribute , and by contribute he means pay , pay for wallpapers made from others work , in other word pay for something that was stolen . it seems admins on this site made it for themselves not for ppl to view . im using safari for this site only cause it dont work properly on opera , if you have the same problem change to safari . making new accounts wont help you cause this site just dosent work on opera and thats all .

this whole paper thing can be annoying, makes you have to work to download somethings that are easily found here in high quality. I guess you could pay for mass download if you so feel compelled, 10 bucks would probably get you a lot of these papers, enough to be set with what you need. But if you make long comments that tends to be an exploit if you have a point elaborate on it for more papers. It certainly works.

The survival of any site requires traffic and funding. A few meaningful bits of feedback or an insightful forum comment are just as valuable as cash as the provide content which encourages traffic.
