hi rainyclouds and welcome to animepaper. you don't have to know how to make wallpapers, just participate and enjoy this site. you can download wallpapers and scans. you can participate by posting on the forums, commenting on wallpapers and uploading scans if possible. please read the ap guide too, as it will help you. this is the introduction thread, so maybe you'd like to say something about yourself? you can learn how to make wallpapers by doing an internet search for tutorials, or asking around on the session zero thread, where people are working on wallpapers.
