_ Hello!!! I'm new!! and I thing that I have a problem. first I wanna to give you a congratulations for the excellent web that you created!!
so, this is my problem: I wanna to discharge wallpapers but I can't... a friend tell me that I have to participate in the forum... and I am do that, but nothing change my problem...
I know that I just can discharge 15 wallpapers... and I have to wait 24 hours to discharge again 15 wallpaper more... I know that and I do it... I wait, and now I am participating in the forum...
so please... somebody please... tell me what other thing I can do... _

First things first: Hi ^_^ welcome to animepaper, I hope you enjoy your time here =)
about your problem, sorry but all you can do is wait 24 hours before downloading other 15 wallpapers, at first I registered for the same reason and now I hardly download anything xD
if you need help with something else, just ask and I`ll try to do something.....as long as I can of course xD
btw, since you are from Venezuela (yes, I checked your userpage xD) you should consider Joining the Spanish and Castilian people group, mostly because you have to speak english at the main forum =P
