"Its good...but it seems something is missing.
I like the grunge background and the whole dark ( emo-ish) feel to it.
But in the original image the wings were so beautiful and I feel that you can't see them in this wall.
The wings give the image a mythical aspect and by not including the wings it just seems so bland.
I also would prefer if you didn't have the lined border, personally it doesn't go with the whole image.

A big dose of moderation is needed in this wall, next time try to take it easy with the filters and brightness. It seems to take over the image you used and thus your wall looks way too busy.

But the one thing that I found weird was that there was a vivid line going across the back of that image you used. I think you should of faded it out or at least blurred it so it wasn't so obvious.

"Okay this is a good wall...but let me make some suggestions.

First, you should of just used the cityscape image as the background and not all the other images. And it looks like you used the "cut out" filter on the cityscape...doesn't look bad but I would of increased the "No of Levels" since it adds more detail to your cut out.

Second, I absolutely hate the font you used for your wall (sorry to be like this:P) It looks like "Gangster" font...which
doesn't really work well with the overall wall. You should of used a more subtle font like "Century Gothic" or (if you wanted a more serious crisper font) "Copperplate Gothic" OR if you really wanted something different you should of used "OCR A Extended".
