No doubt this is cleaner than the first version I saw (yeah, the shadows made the colours very strange) but this one still lacks anything fasinating about it. You need to add some brushes, or something, because now it just looks like a scan on top of a selection of colours. *Idea* What you could do is get a real flag, inlarge it, then vector/pen tool it to make it clean. That may give you the more realistic flag look you were looking for ;) Maybe even vector the character in so he looks like a symbol on the flag itself! [/brain fart] Right now that waves (separating the colours) of the flag need to be a little cleaner, since they look roughly drawn. " View

I don't know anything about the character in all honesty (I barely know anything about Street Fighter) but I have a feeling the concept works well with it. The bull silhouette could looks kinda poor quality, somehow... And I don't like the black smudges on the flag used to make it more realistic (I'm guessing that's what they're there for, right?). They destroy the cool colours and make it look kinda, dirty, if that makes sense XD Maybe just do a more clean flag and try some other ideas on it to make it more interesting?

"Well, the scan looks well extracted, so that's a great start! XD I see you've used Terragen to make the background (which is always good, since Terragen is very awesome indeed ). However, my issue here is the brushes used for the grass and leaves behind Naruto, and basically the whole thing not really blending well. Like I said, Terragen is great. But here the scan and background don't really mix well and it doesn't give a realistic feel. The default leaf brush used really doesn't add anything, and is quite bland. The grass doesn't look that bad on its own, but compared to the rest of the 'realistic' landscape it really doesn't match. I think you should either try to create a complete landscape out of brushes (like the the grass one) with added sky and cloud brushes, or alternatively try some blending techniques with the Naruto scan and the render (and lose the brushes).

I reckon you should do that first and then move on to the next step, because it doesn't matter how nice your background looks if your characters still have white clinging to their outline. The background is... Very dull, as stated by Janetjw. It is simply red, and that just shows a lack of effort. Anyone could easily grab that scan, extract it, add some red and text. That isn't that hard to do. Wallpapers need to be more than that.
You're going for 'Mafia'... You may want to look into it as a style. Say, you may want to check out some 'The Godfather' posters and copy the style to do a bit of a parody, or something of the like. Download fonts which suit that style instead of just defaults. And don't simply use paint bucket to fill the background red. Create something interesting, original, unusual... Because that's what walling is all about! ;)

I totally agree with sandumirabela's comments about the border (you really don't need it. If anything it subtracts from the wall) and about the lack of effects. It's just too simple, sadly. Plus, clouds/skys have been done to death, so you really need to do something special to draw people's eyes ;) That character's eyes are red... Such a cool colour! I bet you could really take advantage of that factor in the background if you tried [/random] XD

You might want to try blending the characters into the setting more. Also, some of the snowflake brushes look a little out of place. The white blurred spheres look better in the wall than the individual snowflake brushes do XD

However, my main beef is with the character scans in the center. They really look like scans, thus the quality isn't that good. Extraction doesn't actually seem that bad, but the characters may need to be fixed somehow (eg. by vectoring). What mayango said about the colour is kinda true. Blue just doesn't work. I reckon a mono type wall would be cool with the film strip idea. Black and white, etc. That would look better. Hope that helps ya ;)" View
