"Its a nice scan edit overall, but there are still many areas that need to be fixed. I am looking at yours and the original side by side and its really easy to tell where you patched things up. Its apparent you used the clone stamp and blur tools heavily. You would do good to go back and vector in the lineart and details to make these areas less noticeable. A true re-cg requires a lot of drawing, painting, and artistic freedom. You've done a good job and I know it was a lot of work. The stars and blue sky look more in the foreground than the background. Try de-saturating the colors and see if that helps. "

"Very nice, I like how the gradient compliments the image transitions. Orange is my favorite color so seeing it dominating makes me happy. ;P My only complain is the boxes in which the letters lie. If you applied a very slight texture similar to that on the images in the BG it'd finalize everything for good. I like your stuff, and this is no exception, nice job! "

Also, as mentioned above, this looks similar to Dalshim (spelling) which is an added bonus. We all have preferences, so you can't blame those for not liking what you do. Everyone is a critic behind the computer, its all too easy. Just remember there are those out there that would find this neat and exciting (myself included) so work for yourself and those people! Turn the anger into vigorous brushstrokes. XD

For critique, there are some odd pixelated edges. I'm seeing them at the top of the head and left side of the hand. If those were intentional ignore me.

"Looks good man, I'm glad you took the suggestions @ PV to heart. To me, she doesn't seem quite immersed in the light, but in front of it. I think the dark outline of the character is what causes this. Also, there seems to be a dark glow around her face, almost like a shadow, like you gaussian blurred a duplicate layer of the character and placed it behind. Again, this separates the character slightly from the BG. Its hard to notice, but it is slightly distracting. Hopefully you can see what I mean. Overall, its much better than it began, nice work!"
