This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Those extractions lack commmon sense and you can't just crop something from 2 screenshots, put them together on a randomly-made background and call it a wallpaper. So, please, before submitting your walls, of "Tadaki", whose name, by the way, is Tamaki, or of whomever, consider browsing through Animepaper's gallery and even it's pool of resources, where you can find tutorials for vectoring, or for a smooth extraction( but in this case, please think of vectoring, cause screencaps usually lack the quality AP wants in its walls), or even how to create a background from scratch, one that suits your character and the mood you want to create around it.
