Good Utilization of the brush. I like the colors, the contrast of the "black" with the orange. The fonts looks nice, but i think other more... err "crazy" looks better.

"The Mugen expression is simply awesome.

The wallpaper Looks Very, Very realist. In some parts looks pixelated (The contour of the face of Mugen and the Fish), but not much note, unless you set it in detail. Nothing that is not settled with a little blur tool.

Also add that the shadows look very well. Although the ear looks a bit odd.
Small details to correct.

And I repeat: I love the expression of Mugen. But on the whole concept
