She's one of my favorite characters and yet there are so few walls with her :( Love the angle you've got her at, with just enough sky in the background to make her look like she's standing on top of a mountain or cliff. "Love the expression on Byakuya's face. Perhaps there's a bit too much blood though and it kind'a takes away from what's happening somewhat.

And on a little side note, if you're gonna reveal something about an anime/manga, it might be nice to give a spoiler notice before the spoiling text. I'm only up to episode 52, but now I know what's gonna happen with Byakuya.

Anyway, great vector work. Can't wait to see what you do next.
