Add a bit of flavour, something that defines the character (I haven't seen Bleach), leaves, green flames, I don't know. You might wanna try a background like a grassy plain or something, and work with the lightning effect a bit, maybe even a lens flare, to make it seem like she's looking at the sky.

As pedxingx said, the image is roughly cut at some places so you might want to vector it or maybe just redo the cut-out of the pic. Use an extraction tutorial if you don't know how to do it exactly, it helps out a lot, trust me.
And the background is kind of a cliche and it could use some different colors. Try NOT doing the "mirror image close-up" stuff since it's been done way to many times and it's getting boring to see the same effect. If you don't wanna add a different background, like a beach or a swimming pool, at least play with the colors a bit, that purple matches the hair but makes the wallpaper a bit bland, use some orange or blue as well and add some different effects to make it unique. It's not hard, just play with your image editor a bit (Photoshop or whatever you're using).

Well, I honestly don't see any flaws to it but I think I've seen the same type of background in many other wallpapers, including the stars all over the place. You might wanna try something different, I don't know, "creativity" is the word. And second, you might wanna change the color of the background as well ... the "search for love" text and the dark-gold color don't fit quite well. I'm not saying to create a pink or red background, just try to find a warm color that fits (the blue on Ayu's dress could work). ... but this wallpaper is lacking. The 4 pictures of Naruto don't match in contrast so you might wanna try adjusting that. And as I see it, at some parts Naruto is cut out a bit rough since I can see the white (?) background that you took the pictures from, I hope you didn't use magic wand or anything, it doesn't work that well.
Now comes the hard part. The background is lacking ... I mean simple is good sometimes but just the orange and brown seem a bit too less. Try working on that, add a bit of special effects and make that orange-ish brown a bit more contrasted, to fit a bit with Naruto's outfit. Other than that, I don't know what to say, better wait for more experienced members to give you hints on how to improve your wallpaper.

My eyes hurt because of the background, it's way to confusing, it's like one of those optical illusions. Honestly, change that background to something that doesn't confuse the one that uses it ... at least not so much, it's too disturbing. You could use a bit of work on the cut-out of Cloud as well.
Also, the resolution is weird, try 1280x960 or 1024x768, that's the first time I've seen 1065 x 770, really heh.
Apart from that, nothing really ... but that's like all the wallpaper. Work on it, and work alot, because it really needs some time spent on it if you want to make it cool. And really, change that background." View

As far as I see it, it's just the pic that I've seen some time ago with the added collages around it. I really don't know how much work you've put in it but it doesn't look good at all. The many images draw your eyes in all direction and I don't like it, plus the opacity isn't good as I see it. I don't say it's a bad wallpaper, some might like it but I really think it's too easily done and too simple to really get a place among animepaper. If you really want it up here, you should really work on it, try different methods of effects, use photoshop or corel and try not to add so many pics because it's distracting.

You should definitely clean it up. It looks either too blurry or too grainy and that doesn't look cool at all, bad for the eyes heh. Try using a cleaning tutorial. As far as I see it, it's a CG from Fate/Stay Night, so I doubt there are any higher resolution pics. I'll put it straight and honest, as far as I see it, it's just a stretched picture of the original (even though I can't find a pic to compare it right now) because I don't see any differences from the original one I saw a while ago.

... but it can use some improvement indeed.
First of all, try to clean the picture of Edward, it looks WAY too grainy, or better yet, find a new scan to add, I can even see some partial text on the right side of the scan and it doesn't really look good. Second, the grass looks a bit too "painted", try to sharpen it a bit or make it look a bit more realistic without copy/pasting so it won't look like the same patch of grass everywhere. I'm not saying you copy/pasted but avoid that mistake. Third, add a bit of color to the background sky, maybe a few clouds, the moon half-hidden behind them, etcetera, to make it look like a real night-time sky. Fourth: the text looks roughly cut or something, try to smoothen the edges if you want to keep it. If not, find the same font and type it in, it would look better. And last but not least, I don't know what those white, puffy things are but I don't like how they look, you might as well delete them.
Sorry if I'm being too harsh but I like to give straight answers and opinions than lying that it's a good wallpaper or something. Work on it some more and it will turn out good. Good luck to you!" View

I really like the crimson background but you could make the moon a bit brighter, a faint red or something, so it can fit the sky. Also, it wouldn't hurt to add a few red clouds along the crimson sky, it would look a bit better in my opinion.
And a few more blood stains on Kakashi would look nice, a bin on the "armor" and one more on the left arm, next to the tattoo, maybe even a bleeding cut over there.

Well, the vector of Haruhi turned out quite good though a bit of fine work could add to the quality, I don't know exactly how to explain since I'm an amateur.
My suggestion is to make the Celestial a bit more ... lit up. I remember from the anime that they looked like a constellation of stars so you could add a few "stars" here and there on it.
And also lighten up the background a bit, it's a bit too dark with the Celestial around (that were lighting up the area like candles).

Second, the borders between the pics could use some "tuning". Try to make them look better. And as I see it, the distance between the pics is not equal so try to adjust that (if you were looking for the "film roll" effect).
Also, try to smoothen up the "Witchblade" text since it seems you cut it out a bit too roughly.
