While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

It looks kind of plain too me.. Is that a reflection in the water of Matsuri or what? If it is, then you should add ripple effect of the water. Not only to the reflection but also on Matsuri clothes and hands. I've never tried water effect before so I'm sorry for not being able to help you much. Another thing is, if you planned to use the brush there, make sure the above brushes have their reflections in the water as well. I apologize if it's not water reflection that you're trying to make. If you've difficulties in walling, make sure you check out some sites that provides you with hints and various ways of enhancing artworks that you can apply to your wallpaper. Don't just cut out a render from a scan then stick it to a plain black background. Yeah, as has been mentioned above, it's good idea to use a vector of C.C. If you don't want, you'll have to vector it by yourself. The text you applied's also too simple, well... not attractive... Find out some way of blendings by yourself that suit your own style. It doesn't really need a box there though... Anyway, good luck for you. I went through a lot of difficulties in making my first wallpaper too so I hope you won't give up. See you around =)
I like the colors of the wallpaper =) The vector itself is simple yet neat and clean ^^ The texture you used match with the wallpaper well. Keep up the good work ^^
It's a great wallpaper, indeed =) However, honestly speaking, I think that the face looks stiff (just as Anolibb-san) mentioned. Another thing is the cloth around her neck.. I don't know how to put it right but I just feel it's odd.. I'm sorry.. >_<; But overall, it looks fine to me ^^ Keep up the good work =)

It looks awesome and really eye-catching although I thought that the position of the render would look better if you move it upper a bit so that it might look more balance since there's no legs. Keep up the great work! =)
"Overall, it looks quite okay to me but the blur background and vectored render doesn't really match.. It seems as if the render you used there is glued to the background. May be you should fix the line to make it prominent. The diagonal black lines effect should be fixed too =)
Hint : Try to add something (shadow or another effect) at the bottom of her feet in order to make it looks as if it blends with the background. Also try to texturized and apply gradient to those diagonal effect. Don't forget to credit Danalm for the vector =)

"I like the colorful patterns of the wallpaper, moreover, the outlining's pretty well-done. Nice wallpaper although there're too much things going on there but it's looks fine to me for the creativeness =)
