This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
I love Shinn x Stellar, and will definitely be using this wallpaper in the future!
The sky in the background looks better than most; higher quality than your typical starry night scene. The scan is crisp and clear, and I think the only thing I would change would be the autumn leaves among the bottom; it seems more of a summer scene to me. But that is just my opinion.

For me, my standards on Rurouni Kenshin wallpapers are pretty high, and this one is REALLY good! My favorite part in this one is...I don't know, but somehow it all fits together perfectly. I love the shapes and sparkles that seem to shimmer in the background, and the lighting on Kenshin makes him look just stunning. :3 I don't know if that was added or there to begin with, but regardless, he looks wonderful."
