StellarXInochi's wallpaper is a beautiful piece of art combined with excellent design and an outstanding concept. The soft, yet bright colors create a fairytale-like atmosphere, and the water-color-like execution meets a successful typograhy and makes the wallpaper something special.
"I like the wall very much, but something about it felt awkward. So I stared at it for a while, and I knew it was something about the phone booth, but I wasn't sure what. After some more staring, I realized, it looks like you used vanishing points to figure out where a lot of the lines go, like the white railing and some, but not all of the lines on the phone booth. The lines that you should have used the vanishing point for, but didn't, are both the sides of the phone booth that don't go perfectly straight like this -. My guess is, because of that, the lines for the panes on the back side of the phone both are probably wrong, and its because the other lines don't go to the vanishing point that the panes there look so much bigger than the front ones. I think what you did is, instead of having all the horizontal lines that should go to the vanishing point go to the vanishing point, the most of the lines in the panes of those two sides were made to be parallel to the very top line of the window pane, or, some of them go to a different vanishing point, but there should only be one.
If you didn't use vanishing points, but just traced the screencap... well, if you wanted to fix the phone booth thats how ^^;;" View

My only problem with it are Yukari's lips; although the rough vector look was clearly what you were going for, stuff like the shape of the face were done pretty cleanly. I don't know how the original scan was, but here it looks like the lips aren't part of the clean look; which I find a bit odd. " View

First of all, you put it in the wrong category.
Second of all, no one who knows how to make decent walls (for this is a decent wall) would put 'by Lucrezia Valentine' in that location, at that size, and as a pixel font. Especially if they knew how to use vectori fonts, like the text in the middle.
People put credits at the bottom because on Windows, which most people use, the start bar covers it. Thats common sense. Putting your name on it and fiddling with the colors doesn't make a wall yours. " View

I like how you've added Emeraulde (sp?) into Hikaru's sword, making what otherwise would have been a boring left side of the wall interesting. I don't usually like the painted-filtery effect in the background, but it was put to great use here. The addition of the tower is a bit sudden, but it doesn't strike me as odd enough to take out.
