Have followed the process a bit on the way and i have to say the result's awesome.
With the Graphire3 classic as your tool makes me wanna buy it now!! [/drooling!]
The wall took a month and you can clearly see why 0_o
Now to the critiques then:
Negativ: uhm... i don't have any =O
Positiv : The vector's great. Just top notch. It's unbelievable how you pulled it off.

And look at that wall. Fantastic. The bg's great. I have to learn myself how to do the skyscrapes mountains etc
Well the BG pretty. It's maybe a little bit too simple but thats np. It surely doesn't distract the vector.
Now lets head over to the Chise. She's so pretty! The vector's great. it's a few flaws here and there (too little detail on her shoes) but other than that it's great. The face is so perfectly detailed along with the shading on her school jacket.
You've airbrushed her weapon and her wings wich is good. Other than that it looks great

Wonderfultastic! although it isn't a word it's the only freakin way to describe the class of the vectoring.
Fantastic job. The background's all clean and Van's all handsome.
But how fantastic a wall is there's allways isues. Well it depends from taste to taste.
Maybe you should of worked a little extra on the surronding background. Detail a little more and add a beautiful horisont in the back. That make the background more realistic and even closer too perfection.
But indeed the vectors made me stunned. Class 1, Great Job

Little critism.. Try shading her chin a bit also maybe you've could of detailed a bit with an ear or eventually an eye if it fits on.

I like the airblown colors with the unbalanced variation between black and blue. How they collaborate together.
