"Something doesn't seem right here. The thick white border aroung the girl is stealing the spotlight, the girl supposes to be the main focus. Did you use pentool to make the white border? You should have made the white border neater. As for me, it will be better if you get rid of it. Without the white border, the foreground and background will blend together.
I don't think the brushes you used fit the atmosphere of the image. Moreover, black and grungy text? If you decide to use pink and purple as your main colours then you should use feminine and girly brushes. Sometimes simplicity can be the best solution.
