"I like the concept of that borders, but still I don't think that suits well with the rest. Maybe it's just me. You could do better resolutions though. The text is still problematic. Give it borders or change of font. Diminish that "Beautiful Thoughts" or reallocate nearer of "Rozen Maiden". You could used more contrasts on the green to seem more realistic.

"Hi there. This wallpaper came out from a great concept. I think it's still a lot of things to improve.
The vectors colors and the whirl glow on the background doesn't suit 100% well with the scan. That font is troublesome. There's a lot of more suitable fonts. Still, I think that the main problem is with the vector background. You can do more and better. You could work a lot with gradients on this background. You could use that shadow-like style on the background too.
Anyways, if you need some help, send me a PM or something and I'll try to help you out.

"You're doing great, but I feel that the colors are too much bright. You almost cannot see the bottom text. A darker blue could be more soft to the eyes and pretty in this situation.

"Hmm... Try to do one background color-based on the wings. Just text and black vector brushes doesn't fit well with the scan. Try to change the font where's saying "KAMUI". Try to put the scans color more strong too.
