"First off, I want to congratz you on such a magnificent wall where words itself is just so unexplainable on how much effort you put towards it. I knew you were working on a Rozen Maiden wall where you were describing about vectoring Hina and Shinku etc. but never have I thought it could be this. 0_0
Looking at the wall instantly reminded me which scan you vectored it from. I had that scan for a pretty long time and its clearly one of my favourites out of a whole collection of Rozen Maiden scans ^^ so how can I not know. For a while I had an idea of someone doing a vector of this scan but with so much effort, detail and time it seems kind of impossible but from what I know, nothing is impossible when it comes to walling. If you have the time, effort and dedication you can do it. You just made that idea seem a little more real XD.
Ok, enough of me blabbing about you, on to the wall.
The vector itself is simply flawless. Your vectoring skills has improved wall after wall after wall and I believe you are at the peak of your skills where you can do anything but that doesn't mean you can stop learning lolz. The more you learn to more you improve ^_^.
The background... hmmmm roses, why I know you love roses XD. Even though they are perfectly well vectored I like how you kept the original theme of the series. Why, roses are just one of the beauty of the series and even though they are similar from the series, I like you imagination on how you made them more creative ^^.
There are many brushes used for the back wall. A combination of leaves and swirls where it looks like its all blending in from swirl to leaf and leaf to swirl. With the sense of a glow effect it brings out that vibe from the overall perspective of the wall.
Finally I want to congratz you on the highlight and for coming this far. You have come a long way from making normal walls to creating masterpieces. I adore every work you do and I'm looking forward to more in the future ^_^

The background is truly amazing and the best part, its all vectored. Its colourful, its detailed and it certainly bring out that festival mood in the sceney. The lanterns are gorgeous. They bright and beautiful.
The lighting around the stalls looks fine but in the centre its not really adjusted prooperly. The characters are suppose to look brighter but instead they look dark and and out of touch with the environment.

In this wall, the underwater effect made the image look blurrey imo. But wat really surprised me is how you adjusted the lighting properly to get that sunlight glow from above through underwater.
