"This is really nice. The colors are vibrant and yet has that "wet" feeling due to the blurring(?) effect of the character which gives a much richer color hue.
About the rings around her, I think you should retained the solid ring layer and blurred a duplicate of it followed by a reduction in opacity. As for the original solid ring layer, reduce the opacity to make it translucent." View

"Love the composition of the background. An open field, a lake, some mountains and a suitable character to fit in it makes it one nicely done summer wallpaper. The strong light effect of the colors really fits nicely into the mood too.
Cons? The extraction of the character. It's is really "eaten into" around the hair strands and the dress area around her back. I think you placed too little time on the extraction process (seeing that you mentioned 3 to 4 hours in making the wall and yes, extraction is part of making a wallpaper) and the resultant effect is that the extraction seems too rushed.
And I think one light flare will be enough. Just keep the one partially covering the "AIR" text and junk the other two. Just my two cents on the flare thingy. No need to actually implement it but it's your choice." View
