"Personally, I hate Sasuke, but that doesn't mean the wallpaper isn't great :D. I love the brushes used in the background, the character is nicely extracted, and the colors compliment each other well. The blood red sharingan in combination with the dullness of the other colors works out great, and puts all the focus on his eyes, and then you can just get lost in them. Overall, I hate Sasuke, but I love the wallpaper."

"The extraction itself is almost good enough, but you have some white parts that you didn't cut out well. Personally, I don't like hand painted backgrounds, but that's only my opinion, so you can ignore that. Furthermore, I think it lacks in details, maybe you should put...something...in the background? But then again, this is also my personal opinion, so you can ignore that too. That's about it, I have nothing more to say except good luck in having it accepted!"

"I love everything except the background. Just doing Filter->Render->Clouds won't do the trick. If you're trying to go for that "Into the blue" feeling, try replacing the background with a ocean or something like that."
