After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

Well that the first thing I want to say. This is my first fav in a LONG time. And I really mean a long time. Not that there haven't been any good wallpapers, just that I have been too lazy to write a comment^^.
But this has to be commented. To start with, this is of course going to be my new wallpaper. But that doesn't have so much to do with the wall itself now do? :P Well, I think the concept is very good. If you know how Saber usually is, then it's really refreshing to see her in some football clothes. The next thing is that you can see her making an excersice. It gives a lot of dynamic to the wall, and that is really something I appriciate, because it is not very often you see that kind of thing. Talking about dynamic, we can also see that the plane in the background is moving (by it's "move pattern" behind it). The ball that comes flying also gives the wall a feeling of life so that is very good^^.
Let us take a look at the colours. I think they are well combined and comfy to look at. The trees has a soft, fluffy green colour while it's still strong. The sky is blue and it is nicely dealt up in "layers" so to say. Dark blue from the left and as we get nearer to the right side it gets more blue. A nice detail that makes you feel good + it gives the wall a cartoon "feel". Sabers colour and her clothes also have a very nice blend. Blonde white-skinned Saber in contrast with her blue-whitestriped shirt and her dark (and very nice folded) shorts.
Talking about cartoon, the whole has a cartoon fell to it. And it is not very often it has so many effects like this onethis one have (The plane, the ball, the "fate stay night" that comes out from the plane's exhaustion, the sweet over sabers head and on her cheek).
A last good thing about this wall is that you can tell different stories out from it. Also not something that happens often from other walls.
If I had to put some cons on this one, it should be that the shadows on the sign looks weird. I don't know if it's jsut me, but I don't think it works well (It's looks like the shodow comes from down and up instead of Up and down). Also the fact that the signs shadow falls one the wall so it makes it look like a "flat" picture. Try take a look and see if you can see it yourself.
Eccept from that I think it is an really good wallpaper that many other wallers should be inspired from. If you want to improve it, then remake the signs shadows and make the picture 1600*1200 (the last one is for my own benifit^^). I hope you can use these comments.

"Well, I am an amaturer at this so I just say my opinion. When I look at an wallpaper like this one the thing I see is the whole picture in one and not all the details. The whole picture gives me a really nice, cool and warm feeling inside and the blurrynes that haunts the picture makes it fell really good old styled.
The fact that the sky is way to starry didn't pop up in my head. I just thought it was a very beaty sky and all, because it really looks like one of those starry nights where you feel like you can see the whole universe.
I can agree that the birds is kinda blurry, but I would also say that if they were to sharp in contrast they wouldn't fit in this wall at all. The blurry thing just has to be there. The birds look kind of big of you imagine that they are over the trees, however if you imagine that they are closer to the girl, suddenly they seem more of normal size.
I think the woods a really well made. It reminds me of a walk in sunset, where the sun has just set so there still light, but you can't see the sun. These silhouttes gives me the warm, cool feeling. Also notice the detail at the right. The light post gives the wall a "park" feeling or the feeling of a small neighboorhod.
Back to the starry sky and the dense clouds. If the wall has to be like real life, then there could be something about it, that the clouds are too thick and the stars should be less and less, the closer to the horizone line. BUT, if aren't going after a reality wall, then the thick clodes works just fine with the starry sky, because it ads mystique. And in my own personal opinion I think that it is okay to make wallpapers look apart from our world. Anime isn't close to reality anyway.
The moon you see however, could have been made alot better. It is way to, uhm, crusty??, and that makes you think that this wall has been modified.
About the texture, I don't know in details how it should be made, but I think it looks really great, and it would make the whole paper a lot more booring if you made the text white. However the glowing effect Shinn talks about sounds really cool. Maybe session zero could have been used here?
The girls skin color is one of the greatest thing in the whole wall. It is really has a nice warm glow of mystique to it and the way the hand and the head is connected through her tottaly dark bodysuit really feels cool.
I like that the whole lower part is dark and that Aya (the girl) melts together with it. That way you also feel that the sky is helping, litting her up, which is adding a great deepness to the wall.
Also, a nice little side note, this is one of the first walls where Ayas breasts aren't bouncing right out in your head. It feels nice to see her more naturel.
The only thing i REALLY hate about this wall is her wings. They just don't match her or the wall or the theme. They are place at a bad spot, and they are just not supposed to be there.
Either then that, this is my newest fav wall. I really like it, and it makes me feel good. But... Could it be possible to get the wall in 1600*1200?" View

"I like bleach. And this wall has all it needs to be a perfect wall (for me :P). The colors are nice for the eyes and even though the size is 1024-768 it still looks good if you stretch it to size 1600*1200. The two girls look relaxed and it has a really strong "aura" so to say. It makes me feel relaxed to, and most of the worries I were thinking about just now, don't fill anything in my life anymore. The place the lyrics were put, makes you feel that inou says the upper part to tatsuki and tatsuki says the lower part to inou. And then the connection that is made through the music player in the middle. It gives some sort of nice warm feeling, and it symbolise something I can't put words on yet...
If you look at the background of the wall it has many different elements in it. It's starts with squares in the bottom, and the smaller and more "light" looking squares comes. And at last in the middle, there is made some over sized words that was taken from the lyrics. It sort of connects the whole wall.
I don't think anyone is suprised that this wall is an instant fav for me. The last thing (which is a major part why I like this wall so much) and that is tatsuki. I really love girls that have that boy image over them. They are really cute and cool at the same time. An to see her relax there with her cute clothes which is set really nicely (they are loose and such) makes her look like she feels total freedom.

So good that it actuaaly steals the picture. However the sharp colours and the really bright light that surrounds the girl ( Tenjou tenge, right?) is kind of disturbing. "I have seen many walls with belldandy and none of them have been impressive. HOWEVER, this one is a bit different. Sho doesn't have big, O so holy, shining wings this time. She looks more like an ordinay girl. The background is put really well together too. The colour matches each oher, giving the whole wall a nice feeling. The "cute girl on picnic" theme is really. The only thing about the background that I think you could improve is this: It looks REALLY unrealistic that the fores just ends in a light with no end. I think it would have been a lot better just to let the forest continue or something. The "normal life" feeling dispers a little here. However this is still going to my Ah! my goddes fav. It really is nicely made.

"... Well, I like the simpliness over this wall. However I really don't like the drawing style of the girl. (Just my opinion) And if you think a little more about, It's maybe just TOO simple. It won't last long on a desktop. The hood reminds me of the good old days in denmark. (We are talking about 50-100 years ago). However i mean it. I like the nostalgic feeling it gives. The idea about about the strawberry and a (Dont't remember the word for it) Speeking bulb is nice too.
As a final conlusion, I would say that the whole concept is nice, it just have to be made with a better (Cuter girl) drawing style from more modern times. And also, do something about the emptiness. If these changes could happen, I'm pretty sure a fav wall would pop out of the final result :3" View

"Here we go again... Another extremly cute girl in a nice cute (And very short) dress. However, I think, as mentioned in another comment above, there are way too many "special" effects. I know that there have been many of these walls with this girl, but this one is a middle grade one. It's a nice concept to make all these effects, and the window idea is acutally and really great idea. The sky is beautiful made too. But I think the glimmer besides the window doesn't match very well with the rest so... Anyway, the whole idea is nice, It's just that they shouldn't all be gathered in one single wallie... Still it's a strong recommend download :3

The only thing about the background that I think you could improve is this: It looks REALLY unrealistic that the fores just ends in a light with no end. I think it would have been a lot better just to let the forest continue or something. The "normal life" feeling dispers a little here. However this is still going to my Ah! my goddes fav. It really is nicely made.I just love speaciel or strong girls in their everyday life. It just makes them so much more cute and attractive. :3 (Ofcourse they are cool too in action)"

"... Well, I like the simpliness over this wall. However I really don't like the drawing style of the girl. (Just my opinion) And if you think a little more about, It's maybe just TOO simple. It won't last long on a desktop. The hood reminds me of the good old days in denmark. (We are talking about 50-100 years ago). However i mean it. I like the nostalgic feeling it gives. The idea about about the strawberry and a (Dont't remember the word for it) Speeking bulb is nice too.As a final conlusion, I would say that the whole concept is nice, it just have to be made with a better (Cuter girl) drawing style from more modern times. And also, do something about the emptiness. If these changes could happen, I'm pretty sure a fav wall would pop out of the final result :3"

"Here we go again... Another extremly cute girl in a nice cute (And very short) dress. However, I think, as mentioned in another comment above, there are way too many "special" effects. I know that there have been many of these walls with this girl, but this one is a middle grade one. It's a nice concept to make all these effects, and the window idea is acutally and really great idea. The sky is beautiful made too. But I think the glimmer besides the window doesn't match very well with the rest so... Anyway, the whole idea is nice, It's just that they shouldn't all be gathered in one single wallie... Still it's a strong recommend download :3P.S. I'm looking forward to your next wall with a little aroma with this concept."
