I love it, the great vector and colourisation really blends in perfectly, adding to that great visual 3dbrushes that give extra effect. and a perfect smooth finishing with techbrushes turning this in my new desktop, altough i think the gotei 13 proff was worse enough, let alone 2 :P

The girl really doesn't seem that surprised by the storm, although behind her it's a true anarchy...
The chaos behind her is superbly made. I really like that thunder...it seems like it's breaking the sky in two. Also,
the destruction behind her is intriguing... I really can't imagine such a scene...a girl like that walking calmly in a warzone like that...it's a true nightmare...

"Pretty girl+sky+clouds usually makes a perfect combo to woo lots of people, including myself most of the time. however, there are a couple of things i don't quite feel satisfied with. 1. the detailing of the clouds could have been put into different places so that it gives them more volume and PUFF. 2. the layout of the planet and the distance clouds remind me of a sandwhich. i would have preferred another arrangment. 3. the two flaming asteroids look a bit out of place. they'd look even more so if it weren't for the red on the girl's dress and the saturated yellow of her hair.

Some problems on some little details like the barrettes that you mentionned, and the outline on the right shoulder, in addition to the outlines of the flourish form in which the 78 is written. I just thought that the outlines should be somehow smoother and that it feels like they are broken at some curved places...
I didn't really like the overall color nor the oranges or whatever they are on the background. However, I liked the other brushes ^^
