Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! "Re-L's appearance, I think, is actually based off the cover of Evanescence' debut CD. It was extremely blue, and their singer was wearing blue eye shadow and had her hair done up similar to Re-L's.
In any case, as far as this wallpaper goes, I actually think the composition is plain and without effort, and that the colours clash in a very unlikable way. But, I do enjoy the textures and your scans have been used well. The bar code and id-number was a perfect choice for the text, and the quote used in the background is intriguing enough that I attempted to read it despite the fact that it was written in foreign. This particular wall is one that I neither prefer nor dislike. This is likely sourced mostly in the fact that I hate seeing blue and green together like this, so is completely subjective. My opinion is not to be used in any official manner." View

You and Sakiera made the some overall point, and that is that the degree of psychotic randomness pretty much overrides my already loose composition. I'm starting to get an idea for what I want to do with this wall, and it does involve taking just the background and reworking it, using it as the basis for a new and hopefully more contrasted and deliberate background. For the record, I'd like to say that I understand compositional elements and choose quite deliberately to disregard most of them; at least in the early stage of wall creation. This is because I refuse to simply create a set of two or three template compositions and just rework them with new colours, effects and stocks every time I make a wall; as I've seen many wallers do. I try to create something unique and experimental with every wall I do, so it can often turn out a little too messy. Like this one.
And Kuramay, yes, that's the point.

"I agree with Deep about the logo, 100%. Might wanna do something about it. Also, you've got lots of pixels showing on your guy here, 'specially with the hair and shoulders. Softening those up a bit might help, overall. Only other thing see is the bottom right corner, the bright lines-and-fractal you have going on there is a lil' harsh on the subtelty of your composition, and besides that I can tell its repeated in the top right corner.
