I really like the idea of the plane, it's very cool~ it looks cute, too, with the smoke and all~
The clouds look good, but I think they're a bit too smudgy... especially when compared to the un-smudgy character...
Painting clouds is really hard, I'm a novice as well... but you did a good work, a little more practice and you'll reach perfection. :D
