I love how dark you made his bankai look totally different from what type ( pink ) it is really. Kind of really fits Byakuya though the more dark color. I also like how you put in byakuya himself, with the lighting around him to make him step out a bit more.
The "Distance, Beyond one's reach". I like it.. Yet I don't. It has something to do with Renji, and since this picture has actually nothing to do with Renji it doesnt fit completely. I would change that a bit to something more aimed at Byakuya himself. Maybe something about his attitude.

"I really like the soft sphere hanging around this wallpaper. The cherry blossom tree really adds the color and "filled" factor a paper needs mixing with the blue sky which turns the peace into the paper. Also I love the stock/scan you used. The expressions of the characters fits perfectly with the background you made for it." View
