Also I think that the text you put there doesn't fit (KHR-Tsunayoshi Sawada)...if it were me I wouldn't out any text at all or use some fitting text brush/texture so it wouldn't look too full.

"Like many people already said, the face is a bit unclear and that decreases the quality of the picture. Try making it a bit more clear and it might get better ^^
Anyway, the fading effect looks great and the wallpaper is quite original xD
Also, the font you used on the text looks amazing!
