After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

- add a few more shadows to the background and make it look just a little bit sharper (as it makes Mana look somewhat out of place with her sharp outlines)
- make either the window frame or make it look more like a reflection through other means (like showing a bit of the room Mana is standing in and cutting out some parts of the sunset)
Just my two cents, but I think this might help to improve your work, especially regarding the reflection. Pictures should speak for themselves usually, so I'm always worried about (non-abstract) ones that need explanations to understand what they show." View

Image (Ed):
1. I agree that the blur looks really bad. Change that quickly, if possible^^
2. You can tell that the image of Ed was much smaller originally from the thick lines.. It might be just me, but it makes the quality of the wallpaper drop. There's nothing you can do about it, though... so yeah, it can't be helped.
3. Colours would make it look nicer^^
4. Do something about the edges, if possible.. the extraction wasn't done well; try using something like the Polygonal Lasso Tool to extract the image manually instead of only using the Magic Wand Tool (that's what you did, didn't you?) next time. But it's not a problem, you can still work on the edges on this image.
Background:
1. It's okay if you want to make a simple background, but this one is too simple in my opinion. Adding other colours and shapes will make it look much better and not "somber and gloomy", like MythDrannor said, anymore. Make the wallpaper look a bit more lively, using brighter colours (and ones that won't clash with Ed's).
A vectored image would be optimal for a simple wall like this, but it requires a lot of experience." View

I don't like the grass in the foreground however. It looks unnatural compared to the rest (clouds, tree), making it not fit in at all. I would try using some other, finer grass brush or at least adding some light effects to them so that it blends together with the image. I would also choose a slightly darker green.
This is only my opinion though. The result still looks nice, but I'd like to see it somehow improved, because I like the original idea of this wallpaper." View
