"I really like this concept of this; the full-color scan really draws your eyes in =)

But if you really want to improve it and get an even bigger impact and design, I'd like to give you a few tips :)

First; never work so much on the edges. Scale down the the main-image, so it's not touching the borders of your wall. I'd say to about 90/95% of this original size.
Second, try to clean up the scan. Vector it if you can, as it looks rather broken, especially in the black area's.
Third; Try making your text a lot smaller, and white, and situate it more on his left or right-hand-side. You should use it as a detail, and let the image do the talking.

And if I can give also a personal preference, lose the images in the back of Lelouch. The main image is really all you need. Maybe add a bit of texture of old writing to the BG to add to the nostalgic feel Lelouch has in this out-fit. It can be a really good plus!

Don't get all this wrong; it really has good potential, but I think you can make an even better wall! I really like the concept; so I hope you don't mind me giving you a few pointers =)

It may sound strange, but somehow the coloring/texture makes me think of the things I made back in primary-school with sticky-paper and colored sands :) Maybe you know it? Cutting out pieces, pulling of the sticky paper and them filling it when a color :)
