The coloring of the background and Itachi really matches well with the theme you're aiming for. The background is like a sun, similar to the Akatsuki, but seems to be a bit dark and unfulfilling. "Nice... I like the green sky and the lighting effects that you added to it. The grass seems to be a bit... I don't the word, but it doesn't fit well with the image; you could try to add some different color grass as well as different sizes to make it look smoother... The text as well as Fuu's symbol look alright, but it just doesn't fit well with the image and her character. The light coming from her name and symbol looks okay; I mean I like the galaxy effect behind it. I saw comets; maybe you should have them a bit bigger and larger, but that's my opinion. The white dots around Fuu look a bit out of place since it's not winter and there's something like snowflakes drifting around her. The sparkles around the grass look nice, maybe add a few colros to it to make it look nicer. The scan itself is nice, but it's not as great as the original. I don't really like the marquee that you had at the top of the wall... well, I don't like the font. Try to make it larger and have a nicer font without the dottiness; that really takes away the wow effect. I think that you added some motion blurring to the image, and it takes away some of the wow effect since it blurrs out at the bottom. The extraction could be cleaner, but it's great as it is. The font could go for the softer (or the not there at all), but I like the curvy line; maybe make it translucent and less opaque would have the softer effect to make it a sadder feel. The wall and the ground look a bit too realistic and doesn't fit well with the image. You could try to add some shading onto the floor to make it look like it's really a floor since it looks a weird... You did a really good job nonetheless. You could try to make the tree a bit taller since right now although it looks great, it looks as if Sakura is as tall as the tree.
