As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. I like what you did with Mukuro, it looks very good and the smudged background actually works with this!
I don't know if Mukuro's Owl flame is too strong or not.

Miku vector is pretty neat, the sky is also very nice. And those clouds...nomnomnom.
Two things to point out, though: the grass, PS default grass brush is not your friend, since it looks flat; if you still are going to use it, maybe it would be nice to add different shades of green on the blades to make it look better.
The plane and the leaves on the background are too sharp, it makes the wall to lack of depth

Some little things to point out: I think her face and feet should be of lighter color or not that red.
I also think that the textures on the wall shouldn't be that strong, they stand a little too much.
The shadow should be softer and not that strong.

The sketchy outlines are wonderful, definitely bring out the wall. Painting job in general is good, I think if you add more darker shades of red to the tears they won't look flat.
And the background it's too dark (duh), a lighter shade of gray will do the trick.
