"I don't have an Ipod... but aren't the Apple colors always a bit softer... I think that is what your wallpaper lacks a bit. You want to make an Ipod wall... then you must adjust to their color system more. The simplicity is okay... :) You could spice the wallpaper up by making the vector a bit smaller... I think her feet are cut of... it wouldn't be difficult to add those on your own. And yeah maybe some shapes on the left part. The vector itself is nicely done. ^_^" View

I think one leg of the bench misses... And yes, I also read that in the comments already, some parts look a bit blurry... for the characters you could change that by outlining them... and also the text is not really needed... in my opinion but I in general don't like text in image that much... so it might be a question of taste.
