^nat
After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

"Errr...it's very pretty, but you've got the series wrong. That's Aya and
Touya from Ayashi no Ceres, not Miaka and Tamahome."

"Cute. Though what it actually reminds me of is the ending animation for xxxholic. And Mokona looks like he needs a mic. ;)"

"Hot DAMN. Such a lovely counterpoint to the excessive amounts of male-directed fanservice one usually sees.

And well done too. ^_-"

Looking for the Full Moon

"Feh to those who denounce sipmle walls! Feh, I say! This wall shows near perfectly balanced composition, which is something many "fancier" walls these days lack. Too often will the focus of a piece be shved into a corner or too close to an edge because the waller is lazy or can't tell the difference. Here the elements of the piece work together to bring Mizuki's face into focus, and if it looks good, who cares how simple it is?"

"That's awesome. Especially since you've never seen TB, because it's really evocative of the ending sequence with the setting and the snowflakes. *sigh* I want my copy of Fabrica Theologicae *NOW* dammit. (It's in transit from Japan as we sepak. ;_;)"

"Oooh, oooh, question! Was going through my wallpapers trying to decide what to change to and thought struck me. Is the title of the wall in anyway related to the Angela song by the same name?"

"Actually, the character is niether from Blue Submarine No. 6 nor from Last Exile. It's a common mistake made about that particular image for some reason. ^^; It actually comes from a Japanese Saturn game Range Murata did the character designs for called Wachenroder."

"First, let me say that I love the composition on this one. The elements are nicely balanced and work well. I'll agree with the person who said that the lines on the Ferris wheel are a bit jagged. Given that we're talking light thin curved lines on a dark background, trying to fix it might be more trouble than it's worth though. I *dont* agree with them about the buildings though. I think the style used is about the perfect depth given the amount of detail in the rest of the wall. The only other issues I see is some over sharpening on the character image and the fact that I don't think the text font blends very well with the rest of the image. Overall bvery nifty. I was needing a new wall to put on my computer at work and I think this will do nicely."

"I'm sorry, it's a very pretty wallpaper, and the background colors blend nicely with the character image, but the only thing I can think of when i see it is...

"I'll get you my pretty! And your little dog too..."

>_>

<_<

^^;;

Seriously though, it looks very nice."

"This has got to be one of the more creative uses I've seen for an image montage wall and I think it works rather well. Good job!"
