After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

The color is so pretty and i agree with divstar that it has a great monochrome scheme without being boring. You did a great job reconstructing the image from the original scan. The character position is perfect. Great composition and the text is nice. Obviously fav.
I love the colors and the concept. The roses are a nice touch. I also really like the text, which is something i usually complain about.
I am not exactly sure how to exactly describe this, but I would make the sepia image more of a watermark and make the full color image more sharp/bright/color saturation to make that image really stand out.
And this is just a random thought, but maybe add some sparkle brushes - i don't know, that might not fit your vision

However, I agree that the blood splatter on Byakuya is somewhat distracting. I would only put it on his jacket/tie/shirt, but i do think it is a cool concept and having it somewhere on the character continues the splatter theme on the background.

Something about this kept catching my eye; i think it is the character being in the corner, which i love, btw. Utams said it was dull, but i don't think so. I like it that it looks old and layered but not junky. the purple tones are a nice contrast to the yellow ones.

I like the color combo of yellow and blue, especially how it looks like the sun is starting to shine through. However, it does not look rainy, it just looks blue. I think the watermark on the right would be cool it you made it look like a rain scene. I like the term "raining love" and the placement of the text on the right, but the font look like it is pasted on there.
Nova-kun is right, you need to add a signature and make the resolution much larger.
This also immediately caught my eye, just took me a few days to comment. I love the way you added the color. Making the guy darker on the arm/back was a nice touch. The shadows on the skin are also really nice. I also like the placement of the text in the corner. Very well done. Fav.
I looked at the original scan so i could compare it to your wall. You did a really nice job cleaning it up and adding brushes, etc. The purple looks great next to the red. I love Castlevania's artwork and you actually made it look better in this wall. She's barely showing any skin and it's still sexy. Love it. Fav.

Anyways, back to the wall.
OK, so i really love the depth of field in the wall. It is great how you have the mountain slightly out of focus and the character sharp. I think the branches are good all white, but should be a bit larger to match the size/weight of the character. They seem kinda thin when compared to how close she is.
I do agree that you can see a bit of her outline, but i bet that can be easily be fixed. I don't mind her not wearing winter clothes, all the blue makes up for it. I think the nuances of the blue are well done.
I love how you used the characters from the end of each mission. Great idea to have them in a book kinda like a roster or something. Nice composition, just well done in general. And you're right, it is a nice humorous take on a violent series. New fav! Can't believe i didn't find this sooner.

The problem is that it all blends together. make the characters as clear as possible, they seem a little muted. i really like the rocks, water and fog, but they don't stand out. maybe less mist/fog or just one stream of it. i would remove the seagulls.
also, when you first look at it, all the elements of the wall make sense, but then when you stare at it for a few seconds, your mind wonders why it seems sunny instead of moonlit.
overall, i think this wall has great potential. nice work so far. hope my opinion helps, hope to make it a fav sometime soon!

text. i would make the japanese(assuming) text a watermark behind the english and i would only use the phrase "i won't leave you alone anymore". i would put that in between the 2 characters, possibly in a column if it looked good like that. i would not put any text in the left corner because it catches the eye and takes away from the real focus, which imo, is the younger character's eyes.
The nuances of the blue is really nicely done. Great job. I always like it when people put the character to one side or the other - makes the piece much more visually appealing.

Cactuar is supposed to have a lil glow around him right? So i don't see what is distorted, but i could be missing something.
I think the busy-ness of the bg is charming. Keeping cactuar neon and the banners behind him with orange and yellow is a good choice - better than the red/blue/pink/purple of the other one.
To add to tyson's comment about a lack of theme, you might want to make all the text look like a type of sign - you did that with a lot of it like the vegas-ish "kerplunked", the "do not enter", "safety first", etc. Maybe if is was all signs it would be good? Just a thought.
The definition and clarity of the character is amazing, especially against that background. The colors, style and mood are all perfection. I LOVE IT! Absolutely gorgeous.

I like the style of brushes and the color theme, but I think that the white glow from about the mid thigh down is way too bright. Also, it seems like the streaks should go all the way to the edge on the left. I like that there is no text, but maybe adding some variety to the blue, such as making either the top or the bottom darker would give the wall a little more depth.
The ground, the face and sharpening the character are all good.
The only part that feels off is the black stripe. I dunno it doesn't fit with the ground or something, altho i do like how the cracks in the fonts match the cracks in the ground. Personally, I would move the black part and text to the bottom of the wall to cover up the missing foot.
I don't think the simplicity or the black and red suits this character scan as much as the Pale Fierce wall.
My suggestions for a better composition would be to put the character on the right side of the wall and have him looking over something like a street or floor or another Zetman character or object. I would try to make more of an atmosphere around the character since he has a cool body position and facial expression. also, his left leg and left side of his jacket are blurry so i would somehow sharpen it/fix it.
