This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Like storm-and-fire said, a little bit of color would spice it up a bit. Even in your updated version I didn't see that much. I'd like to see some color in her eyes (unless her eyes are colorless for some reason) and just little wisps here and there.

"I absolutely love how many of your walls can be so great with such simplicity. One, two, three colors tops, and you still manage to create such incredible walls. This ability is what makes you one of my absolute favorite wallers on AP.
This is just another fine example of that ability. You don't have to do anything over the top, but you still make it stick out and touch someone. Great job! And keep up the good work ;)

Take this one for instance, you take a good scan, give it your own twist, and then make a wall that works so well that it's perfection. Absolutely beautiful!

However, there're just a few little things that's stopping it from really bieng great. The main issue that I have with it is that the tower of bright green to the right leads my eye away from the rest of the wall, which I find really pretty. Another think that's keeping this from bieng really good is that there isn't a full view of the character. Unless it's done just right, I don't really like it when I don't have a full (or at the very minimum, face) view of the character in a wall.
Otherwise this is a very pretty wall.

"Excellent work on this! The only thing I have a problem with is the text. i feel it's a bit unnecessary and takes your eye away from the prettier swirls behind them. Even though I dislike this anime, i can't help but like this wall. Once again, great job, and never stop making those great walls! You keep getting better with each one ;)
