As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Do have a look at this beautiful wallpaper!
"This is very nicely made. The scenery is what gives this wall it's flavour. Feels like a moment of serenity, nothing else matters than the flowers and the lights. I have to say it's a bit too bright (I indeed like dark colours, but I adjusted the brightness and the contrast and I feel like you could've done the same). The character is nicely done, especially if it's hand made, but I have to agree there are some flaws. The hair and leaning, like Beckor said, and the eyes, her left one looking forward and her right one looking at the viewer...

"Thsi is an outstanding wall...something that get's right to you... I think the butterfly wings fit perfectly, because it resembles the birth of one, it's awakening. The text indeed talks about their sorrow and the colour fits perfectly...I applaud your combinations :D.
