This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
"I do appreciate all comments but there are some things i want clarify.
1 i got this scan of anemone here someone vectored it from a screenshot of anemone piloting the end in the show.
2 also i can tried to find some brushes to redo the bg but i had no luck if anyone knows where i can get brushes to get this same effect i would like a link.
3 i did have the text in a more basic style with some effects but i was also told that didn't go well either.
huuuuhh... i fell my concept slipping away... again. :(

"I made an update and changed the title font i opted to not change the eyes cause i think they look good. also i got this scan here and did not use brushes on it the flame is made with a set of cloud filters and lighting effects.

"I made the very minor update of resizing rentons scan again to try and get it less blurry. some notes i know the gekko is not a sub its supposed too be sinking and eureka is supposed to be standing in the water. " View
