I just have a problem with the Sakura petals; they look really scattered, like they were carefully put in the wall, carefully spaced out, etc.
You should have at least made them a bit more random so it looks more realistic. :X

"I never watched Darker than Black, but I definitely know that this wallpaper was worth featuring, and that it is too beautiful, that words aren't enough!

The best feature of this wallpaper is the sky for me...starlights and a shooting star look authentic and is one of the best parts of the wallpaper!
I also love the reflection in the water~

But the size is sort of small. :X Next time try working from a bigger size?
And Utau's eye looks a bit weird with the flame/light.
Maybe changing the eye color and tweaking the exposure, brightness, or something will do the trick instead of using a flame/light?
And I'm also not sure about this, but what if there was some text [just some] above Utau? Instead of just on the left of her?
But...overall, it's a pretty good wallie, and it's got some good space for desktop icons. :]
