"Your re-composition work is without a doubt very well executed and the vector art is top notched as usual. The old texture also works out great but that's probably the case for any Okami wallpaper I must say. XD

Those "iron snakes" is actually Orochi, the 8-heads snake monster terrifying the land of mortals in the game. You should play the game because it's not just the artwork which is awesome.

I would have loved an extended roses field in the background to make it more eerie and scene-like... and probably avoid the use of the photoshop grass brush and make your own grass design like the roses. ^^"

"Well, it must have been quite annoying to vector something from this game since it's not comic-ish style at all. I think the black and white works pretty well here BUT there's a lack of details imho. The composition is a tad bit too simple and lacks more "epicness" to it. For example, I would have seen a larger horizon, why not birds in the sky and a longer dust trail at the back of Agro."

"I think it's a great wallpaper for a first try! However, I think the wallpaper would be better without the writing inside the sword (and without the typos in fact). I think the background would have looked also better in a more warm color. Since the swirls makes me think of fire, maybe some orangey-yellow-red would have been nice!"
