This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

"You've done a magnificent job on turning that crappy screenshot (quality-wise :P) into a beautiful wallapaper. Like it's been said above, though, the fog is a bit too opaque for my tastes.
"This reminds me vaguely of David Wisniewski's works-he wrote and illustrated a whole bunch of kid's books. He used a similar cut-paper effect, except actually done by cutting paper, layering it, and photographing it.

"You captured the "circus poster" feel COMPLETELY with this. I'm afriad to use it because it has Armstrong in it (:P), but I have to give kudos where they're due.
"Very awesome wallpaper. :) I'm loving that contrast and everything, it really brings Saber's expression out.
I'm not a fan of the text too much, mainly because of the "in the name of" line. The rest of the text is centered on the wallpaper, but that line seems a bit justified to the left. It just kind of throws me off as oddly placed.
Like I said though, it's awesome otherwise. :)" View
