After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! "First off, where are her arms and legs? The silhouette of her is incomplete.
Second, I'm generally biased towards iPod wallpapers like this because they require little to no work and skill to make. All you do is plant an image on a one-color background, strip the character of all coloring and make him/her black, then add two white lines connected to a white box. Simply put, it could be better, and the concept is horrible. iPod wallpapers are really really unoriginal, and if you still want to do one, then I'd take a lot of pointers from this one:

"You need to add something. There needs to be a background as just plopping in the two characters and outlining them in white will not do. So, for starters, add a background. Second, remove the white outlining you gave them as that just doesn't look good, or at least, doesn't sit well with me for some reason. After this, something else just needs to be added. I don't know what should, and I don't know where, but just two characters and a background isn't enough for me so, it's good that you've put this in session zero and at least gotten the concept down, but now it's time to add to it. Too much colors and different styles mixed together, and the whole wall as was mentioned,looks too busy. Also uploading multiple versions of the character (in this fall a normal and a chibi) isn't a very good idea.
But she doesn't over-do it here. Two version of the character can work, and it does here. I love the concept and the only thing I'd consider changing is the wording at the top. Putting all the Japanese text and English text you have in there does make the wallpaper look too busy, so consider cutting out the lyrics and adding the name of Yuki and it should be fine. Other than that I actually like it. Showing two faces (or both personalities) of Yuki is fine, as long as you don't use 10-million faces, which you don't. Good work, just a little revision is needed." View

"This is a really really really bad wallpaper. I know this is your first wallpaper, but you can't take multiple pictures of Leouch, especially when the shades and styles are so inconsistent, and just copy and paint them in a collage like this. Then there's the terrible purple sprayed background and the horrible did-it-in-Microsoft-Word-with-one-of-their-fonts type lettering. Try to go back and see what makes the S-rated featured wallpapers the top props of the land here. I mean the shading of Leouch is inconsistent, the purple outlining just runs into the other faces, all of them fight for your attention which is horrible, theres no real focal point of the wallpaper, and if there is one it's the lettering which is not what you want in a wallpaper at all. This is in general (no offense) ugly to look at, and that's not something you want when you look at your desktop. The photo album idea is genious, and I would consider doing it, but if you're going to use these pictures to make that photo album, then vector some of them so that the shading is a consistent tone throughout all of the faces. This just won't cut it at all, and I don't think this would pass inspection either. Good luck." View

"Well first off the background needs major work done to it. The Japanese being there seems pointless, and in excess, and the "Code Geass" words blend too much into the background, so you need to make them stand out more. The there's the problem with Leouch having an absolutely absurd border on the left side of him that makes him look like the man is stuck in a Jell-o wrapping, while on the right side there's nothing. You need to remove that border and also fix the shade of the background because with the border removed he'll camoflauge himself too much with the background and the whole would look even more ugly." "Now this wallpaper is excellent, and it's almost ready to come out of session zero in my honest opinion, there's just one problem I have with it. You picked the right scan/photo for Sora, and it looks great, and I love the idea of her being heavenly in nature kind of raining these emotions down from her, but her clothes are a tiny bit too bright. The only problem this causes is that it makes the arm kind of hard to see, you if you just slightly tint the brightness of the shirt down, then I'd consider bringing her out of session zero. You've done a marvelous job so far, and I want to commemorate you on that, but right now, that's the only conflict I have with this wallpaper. Great work!" View
