@z258 the scan/vector i used is around for everyone to use so there are other walls out there that might look alike but i made this particular wall myself last week and haven't uploaded it anywhere else so yeah you probably saw some other Suigintou wall before ;)

keep it up you're doing good..check out the scans section for castlevania you'll find the scan you used in a somewhat better resolution (959x1356) this way you can avoid up sampling and be able to do 1280x1024 even 1600x1200 versions.
Just work a bit more on the backround and you might wanna use a bit more appropriate font..something not that bold..something subtle perhaps..but thats just me :)"

"Hi people :) As i said in Session zero i wanted to do something simple and easy to look at cause i spend a lot of time infront of my monitor so this wall stays as it is, at least this version (i like rozen maiden and i hope i get time to make more in the future ) as for more resolutions its most unlikely cause this wall was desinged at 1280x1024 (i didnt thought i would submiting it here at that time) so prety much i'll have to redo the wall from the begining so...sorry :(

Next wall im gonna make i'll post it in all available resolutions and put more time and effort on it... until then, take care you guys and thanks for comments :)"

mind. And i do spend a lot of time infront of my monitor and if a paper has to many distracting elements it gets realy on my nerves :P

"I tried a lot of different backdrops for this but all were over the top,
besides i have this wallpaper on my desktop for almost a week and i found
it to be very easy to look at for long periods of time cause of the black
backround...so i tried to mantain the simplicity,elegance and overal
beauty that there was and instead of using something over compicated
with lots of layers and filters
(which i could use since i'v been working on photoshop for over 9 years now ;)
i did that flower like victorian style vector.
...I know it's realy bordering at being oversimplictic but realy i tried lots of
different things and nothing turned out well,
besides there's a certain quality about Shinku that shows best
in dark and simple yet elegant wallpapers...Beauty in Darkness i supposed ;)
i think it looks ok the way it is but im looking foward for
your opinion and comments :)
