While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Some critiques: I wish that you had actually vectored tears running down her face rather than just some white dots that gradually get larger. They don't look like tears at all. I also wish that you had done a bit more blending to the bg. Right now, it's very clearly just some smudged stock. I understand why you kept it simple, but a hand-painted sky, or even a bit more blending, would go a long way toward enhancing the wall. Just my thoughts!" View

Where did you find your paper patterns that you said you scanned in? They look similar to some Japanese papers I have from Paper Source. I Paper Source, and highly recommend them! Anyway, I love how you've integrated the different patterns into the wall.
There are just a couple of tiny color spots that go outside of their "outlines" so to speak. The rope for instance, but that's really all I have to critique about. I think it's a lovely wallpaper and worthy of a fav. Cheers!" View
